Need tools for unpack. Hfs vinditus

Now I have unpack with. Bat
But don't perfectly
Some file. Hfs can't unpack

Sample xxxxxxxx.hfs 200 mb
Can't full unpack to. Zip I try unapck to zip I get 7 mb only why not 200 mb
