Tales of Zestiria extract/repack help(PS3)

hi, need help for extract/repack "TLFILE.TLDAT" files of DLC, quickbms with xillia code can extract but i need delete some DLCHEADER.DAT line, i use quickbms reimport and it not work in game, make game freeze

here is files( some of it, all file have TLFILE.TLDAT+DLCHEADER.DAT like this)

i need right way add other text like ENG in TLFILE.TLDAT and make work with US/EU game version.
