Compiling source code GTA 5 PC
hey guys ,i have this small source code of another mod menu in ps3 ,how do i compile it like a plugin and put in in my GTA5 directory and make it work in PC ,it's basically a "drive on water" mod ,please help i really need this...like really ,thank you.
