Civilization Online (game_pak)

Hey,
so Civ Online is out and I try to unpack the game_pak sadly any try failed. Seems they use a new Crypt Version.
Also File Cutter was not able to cut me 8 MB. So still search a alternative to give you a part of the PAK File.
