Extracting GetAmped [kar] files

GetAmped -japanexe FTG OL
The game is developed by Cyberstep.

amped.kar maybe show the game UI frame

resource.kar All game resources like textures, sounds ,models ,effect

setting.kar All Game configuration file in it ,like the Level configuration files , Item name ,Jobs name , Item tips and more.

I need to extract game resources like models, sounds, images. Packing it back will be wonderful too but not must have. Too bad I Im not knowledgeable enough to understand how game decrypts resources.
