Actually the transforms are all wrong.
Every thing is mirrored on X's location.
I didn't notice until I loaded the JSA017_Hakuryu_1942_Stern
You will see that everything is shifted about the center. Also.. the 2 port side propellers are screwed up.. (flattened).
Image
I added code to load the extra models and posted an example of the modified code. I don't know where the transform information is.
Let me grab all your work on the these latest master XMLs.

Nice job banging out all these masters :)

EDIT:
There are without a doubt some things that are not going to look prefect compared to what you see in the game.
My logic is, if the crane on the back of the Yamato is exactly the same as whats in the game than the translations should be right but for all static models.
The client is rotating some of these objects. I'm not sure about the finders and the secondary guns. Some have bones.. most do not.
I'd love to change the world but I can't get my hands on the code.

OK..
Try version 29.8.9
http://209.159.152.184:8080/WoW/
I just can not get all the finders to transform correctly. I spent the better part of the last 5 hours on it and the AA guns and I believe at this point they are rotated by the client. Nothing works. I get it to rotate right on a carrier and they crap out on other ships.

EDIT Slight Bug in this so I had to recompile and upload it again.. Same version number.
I'd love to change the world but I can't get my hands on the code.

I changed how the version comes from. This might fix the uninstall issues once this one is installed... the next update should uninstall

Lighting looks strange for me, like normals are inverted or something wrong.
Then I enable shadows:

Yeah.. Shadows are not transformed right. This is super easy to fix but the bias is off anyway for these zero wall thickness hulls and it looks bad anyway.
Not sure about the normals.. Press the N key and see if they are consistent.

Model looks too dark from outside and normal bright from inside:
Image
But I can't understand your normals visualisation, it's say nothing to me:
Image
So, I convert this piece to OBJ and load into DE:
Image
Yes, normals inverted, but faces not :)

Upd.: Export to FBX, import in 3dsmax, saving to MAX and open in DE give better result:

So, idk what is wrong here and wrong or not... %]

All my normal view does is use the normals for the color.
Everything should have the same colors in relationship to the view. If a face is red and one is blue and they both are facing you, one of them is backwards.

As far as your images of the normal projections, They look the same to me. If they are right, they will point away from the objects center.
I changed the shader slightly because of all the transforms. The Normals have to be multiplied by the normal matrix so they are rotated in to the same view space as the vertices.
Im playing with the shader and trying to find why this is screwing the lighting up so bad. In theory, all that should happen is everything should light the same where before the children where not lit on the same sides as the hull because of the transforms.
Ig I get it working before I have to go to sleep, Ill post an update.

Oh.. and I got the main gun issue fixed.
I'd love to change the world but I can't get my hands on the code.

Well.. not that I blew that one image up, the normals are backwards on the hull..
Im looking in to this now.

Update..
As if things cant get any more interesting...
The normals are backwards in the models compared to world of tanks. Why this is I have no idea.
Load a tank hull and export as an object and compare that to a ships hull.. You will see the ship's normals are flipped.
This might be caused by my code.. Im looking.

Update 2
No... this is NOT caused by my code. I loaded one of the planes from WoWs and exported it.. The Normals are all pointing OK as long as they are NOT on the bottom of the plane. All the normals on the bottom of the wing and horizontal stabilizer are point the wrong way. All the ones on the upper parts are fine.. However, loading a ships hull,, the normals point IN.. This is WRONG.
I can add code to flip the normals based on winding order but this will slow down an already slow loading process. (which needs to be fixed).
It has been a very trying day at work and I'm exhausted. I will work on this when I have more GO in me.
Oh.. and I found a bug loading WOT models that was introduced with all the SHIP loading crap.. I fixed it.
I'd love to change the world but I can't get my hands on the code.
