No torpedos in launchers (japan\projectile\torpedo\JPT010_Sea_Torpedo_610mm_Type8\JPT010_Sea_Torpedo_610mm_Type8.model).

I'm home today.. Had some serious cramping in my right leg last night and it's very sore. I'm getting old and this crap sucks!
I think I have the issue with the main gun solved. I noticed some secondary guns are flipped on Z on the Albany.

I have the main gun fixed on Diana.
I need that zoom and color mod you have.
I cant get close enough to tell of the midback secondary is flipped or not. I got it pointing the right way but I think its flipped on Z or X.

Lots of guns, finders, radars, directors flipped by front/back - those always opened from back side in editor.
I think it's same bug everywhere, maybe you missed to clean some old rotate/invert code, after start using matrix as Wobble suggest?

Better zoom, Ice Dock (better ligthing), no black and white on locked ships, rare ships in research tree.
Upd.:
It's really easy to find inverted guns - if gun loads like this:

It's inverted - check in game:

Confirmed.
Also in game same guns loaded with different setup, closer one have extra shield on top, but far one not have it.
Can't wait you support this stuff, it's same things as torpedos in launchers and planes on catapult.

Thanks for the mods.. Now I can see the damn guns better.

This should fix the main and secondary guns on all the ships.. I did NOT test this on all of them but its working on the ones I did.

Skipped fresh two JSC004_Yubari_1944 and JSC026_Iwaki_1944.

Yes, ships looks right.
But all gun models, that looks right loaded as childs are inverted if you open them alone, AGS001 I posted before still inverted, and most of AG*.
And models of directors, alone not inverted - inverted on the ships:

(JD1 is JD074, ship is JSB008)

Im not to worried about opening them alone right now..
Once I get all the children to transform right I will go back and figure out why they load wrong when loaded alone.

Well... 29.8.6 is ready to try.
Its not perfect but I did fix the issue with lingering items between loads. It would seem loading a dataset from a file adds to the data.. it does not replace it. (No documentation it behaves this way).

Hmm, you right, it's not inverted, just rotated to wrong side by devs
But it looks the same if loaded alone or as child, so, if you think than fixing inversion for loading alone didn't makes you re-invert childs - I close this question.
