Custom Atrac3plus? (tri-Ace PS2 Games)

Is anyone pretty familiar with how AT3+ is supposed to work? There's a possible custom version of it in the tri-Ace PS2 games, and needs some tweaking to work I guess. Here are some samples from Star Ocean 3. 6024.pk3 is most likely Highbrow.
