Anyone ever figure out the camera files for TPP? I tried searching for them for hours to make a First Person mod yet came up with nothing.

Does anyone have a program to extract .FSM file format?
I believe that's where the sounds/vo is stored.

Figured I should post this since it's noteworthy imo, and helpful for anyone modding MGSV: thanks to EcheloCross the
MGSV Dictionary Project has got an additional 6284 filenames! (in addition to the 1645 filenames they also found a few weeks before!)
A lot more texture files are named now, so this should be especially helpful for texture modders.
To use this dictionary simply replace the dictionary.txt/qar_dictionary.txt in your QAR tool of choice with the dictionary.txt from the github.

I'm having a problem with FtexTool.
I'm trying to retexture the DLC sneaking suit and I think the textures that are supposed to be mirrored across legs and arms are broken, as seen in the images below (notice the lack of grey color on the shin and forearm weaves). What's going on?

I am looking for the Avator's bandana, wanna swap iit with Venom's since i changed the avatar's face to the real BIG BOSS.

You're saying the fmdl file stores hashed texture names?
Given that many original/pre-hash texture names have been discovered, I suppose your tool tool rehashes them? Or do you have to extract the textures with a qar tool with an empty dictionary?

as per the developer of this tool, you should add extra line in cmd line to decode .subp correctly, as the default is Latin ISO-8859-1

Well, I discovered that the prior error so far has only consistently occurred on the 'volgin' model, which I technically can't post here. The "mis_com_volgin" fpk and related files cause it to crash for some reason, though I have all the textures changed to DDS and everything extracted properly. I was hoping someone could convert it or look into this error, as I need this specific model for a project of mine.

Kojima isn't really a model, rather, he has his face model and like all the other DD soldiers is put on a base body.
I found a bunch of .mtar files while searching for new stuff. Anyone have any idea how to open them or do they just open like normal .tar files? If so, how are they accessed?

I figured that. So I imagine he will be in common source or the common char folder named DDS like he was in GZ.
