Porting models from AquaNox game

Hello,guys. Need help. I want decompile models from AquaNox,but i can't find program,which can decompile .msb format files. I tried to use GothicSource converter,which can decompile .msb files,but it's dont work.
Maybe u know other programs,which can use this function?
