Почему нельзя вытащить кости и анимацию из архива .forge?

Извините что пишу на Russia language но вопрос срочный!
Почему не возможен экспорт костей и анимации из игрового архива .forge
И почему из формата .dat и .pak возможен экспорт не только костей и анимации, но и самих моделей в формате .obj?

And why is the format of the .dat and .pak can export not only the bones and animations , but the models themselves in the format .obj?
Bones and animation are created using Havok, for the most part where this relates to the Assassin's Creed series (I only know of one other game that uses the forge file format and that is Shaun White Skateboarding. Can't remember if that used Havok, and I no longer have access to its game files to look.) As far as I know, no one has yet determined the structure of those files.
Regarding .dat and .pak files. I didn't find anything of value in those files, once again as it relates to the AC series.
I'd love to get the animations as much as anybody, but I'm afraid we'll just have to wait for someone better than me to figure it out.
