so im trying to get the warpstones or whatever they are called, and i have no idea what they are called

hi i do not have 3ds max and im trying to unpack the .partsbnd.dcx file for the dragon bone smasher i would like to extract the model so i can make a mod for monster hunter world. this is my first time making a mod and i cant find a program that works. can someone point me in the right direction, or if they possibly have the model and texture files for the dragon bone smasher i would be really grateful.
