I missed that
Is it possible to access the same stuff in the game update files, it seems everything is split into smaller chunks and spread across different files?
The latest update for the game with Polyphony's file structure for game update install:
9MB -

Could somebody please advise how to use Flatz's GTtool to correctly unpack the cache system present in the game update packages?
Also I've reversed their cache system with such weird naming system (K/H/A3 and so on), you can find all needed functions for them too.
My tool can handle both things: HDD cache and specdb (and more). You just need to look carefully into original forum thread, I've released them too.

I don't want to annoy the people involved in this sweet project with the typical question, but I wonder if you guys have any news regarding the progress of the ripping process
Cheers!

are you just clicking the file and a cmd window opens then closes? or are you actually opening a proper cmd window. many people claim (not just for gt6 but for many different things) the window just opens then closes. THEN you find out they didnt actually open a cmd window, they just let the app do its thing, which is the wrong way to do it..
