I have no idea if this is archive (I´m pretty sure it is an archive) is encrypted or not, and I also have no clue how to extract the contents. An example file can be found here: <link removed due forum rules violation>
It would be greatly appreciated if someone knows a tool or a a script for QuickBMS to work with this one.

Link for download game will be good because i found only > Touhou Gensou Maroku ~ The Devil of Decline and is a completely different format.
