Obscure .hvp packer

if extract all .hvp arc, then delete them, game will work with unpacked files

1.Create folder "data".
2.Copy files in "data" folder
3.Game will work
I can edit graphics, but i can't edit text file by pointers . Can somebody write text tool?

This file is not working I tried but when I open this program it open cmd then immediately closed
