Without sample doubtful anyone knows what those sbs even are or how to handle and even so EA formats are not fun at all.

It has 32 bytes pointless header without any offset data for files to follow so actual offset for each file is held elsewhere and its followed by the audio files data, multiple infact, all presumably ealayer3 of dice type given x19 format and padding.
Don't have time to try ealayer3 tool on it for now.
