Please help me convert this GIM file

Whenever I try to convert this GIM file, GimConv keeps freezing on me when I try to. The first 48 bytes:

When I extracted the ARC file, I got a bunch of .LSD files, but some of these files had MIG.00.1PSP in the header as well. I cut out the LSD part of this file to 'make' it into a GIM file. The (original) LSD file's header:
