Megpoid the Music♯ .BMD formate

I been looking all over the place for a .BMD converter/viewer but sadly none of them open this format, but as i open it in hex editor i get a header for "B3D OBJECT DATA." im not sure what to do im im new, english is bad but im trying to get them to open with Noesis. please help. here is a file sample. it is gumi http://www.mediafire.com/?bup78xtz66xkic5
