i just wanted to know if anyone can open the .cib files

to make a quickbms script to be able to extract/repack the files with ^_^ i know iv looked in to hxd to file out whats in it
if you can help with that that would be very nice

As far as I can see there's nothing to extract in cib files.
i know iv looked in to hxd to file out whats in it
There are ASCII strings in the cib files,
and some hex patterns like
FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
for example.

There's no mesh data or something similar.
What do you want to extract?
Model data (mesh, bone, animation)?
Then you should have a look at dfm or cit files I guess.

kk thank you i was going to see if there was any txt files since there was dmg for weapons in it

If you want to change weapon damage you could try to edit
axe_2h.cib for example:

Changing 0x242 0x32 -> 0x37 should increase normal Damage to 75.
(Don't owe this game so don't know whether this will work.)

But be sure to overwrite bytes only!

(Inserting bytes is not safe as long as the file format is not known properly.)
