I have no clue why this happens, i tried a lot of stuff and i can't manage to get it right.
Since the devs work on maya i'm trying to do a py script on maya in hopes of getting this working somehow, because i did all sorts of attempts on MS and i can't manage to get it.
I'll keep working on both 3DS and Maya to get some clues.

First of all: this is Seyren's grandiose thread on reversing animations.
It's a WIP and imho it's not aimed at beginners.
So you may run into many troubles when using it as your starting point with scn files.
I remember barti having made a simple scn script which you might use as a startup.
(Search for barti as an author and then in the "Search these results:" edit box enter scn:
will give you 3 matches)
If you insist on continuing here , well, Seyren's post as of Tue Jun 03, 2014 1:31 pm might be a good starting point.
Try out SeySCNTool.
