Mesh with bones/armature, weights/rig, normals, uv layers, vertex colours can be exported to XNALara .ascii format.
textures are exported to .gnf format which can be viewed/exported using noesis.

Download both Mesh Exporter v1.4 & Tools pack v1.1 and use the newest version of all the 3 tools.

NOTE: you need to have dotNET core 3.1 SDK installed in you pc, if you don't have, the tool will close automatically, so just do it.

NOTE: This time for mesh exporter v1.3 and above, when quickbms prompts for duplicates while unpacking the .wad files. just enter 'r' to rename all the duplicate file.

NOTE: When you will view/export/batch process some of the .GNF images in noesis, noesis will crash, in that case for the image which noesis crashes use this tool export them:

For all the help on the first project, without help I would have reached no where!

Advice:
From what I have tested all of the characters should export properly and map meshes should too, however map meshes will have LOD meshes too and the position of the static meshes will be random and wierd, so you will have to align the map/static meshes to make the level or the environment properly for a scene.
Maybe in future I will try to get animation support and a way to LOD filter map meshes and getting position for meshes, but not sure.
