What has Base64 encoding/decoding to do with model ripping?

It was only that one particular game.
Anyways, BDE is a command-line tool.

Code: Select all

Usage: bde64.exe <d/e> <input_file> [output_file]
d = base64 decoding    e = base64 encoding
