quickbms .data script help

hi i use aluigi quickbms script for .data
but i get this error

          decryption in progress, wait patiently....

-error in src\xalloc.h line 532: xdbg_malloc

Error: memory allocation problem
        Not enough storage is available to process this command

when extracting the .data

anyone here know how to fix it

file im trying to extract/decrypt
quickbms i use
