I need help to open the F.E.A.R language files?

I need help to open the F.E.A.R language files?

Hi. I want to make a turkish patch for F.E.A.R. But I could not open its files. I just can open arch00 files. But in this archives there are Mat00,model00p,Gamdb00dc,dds,Fx00c,Fx00p,World00p, Asses00 files. How can i open these files and which is the language files.

Google-> Fear 1.08 SDK
This contain all tools you need, and the texts in editable format.
