Max Payne 3 - movies

Hi,

Does anyone know what video program is able to create same or similar video clips(biks) like ones used in this game? I want to create localization including also these clips containing some short important texts given from the dialogues bellow. I don't know all video programs so is here anyone who knows which is the best for it? I mean same or similar effects for each word and animations.

Search for RAD game tools Bink video.
It's used in lots of games.

Convert to AVI with RAD Game Tools, recode the AVI with subtitles and convert to BIK back.
