Localization FONT of COD:BO

Hello, i am new on this forum and i like that, i have 1-2 question, i found 1 theme about COD translation but it's in archive, i am itneresting in how can i change the gamefont_pc.iwi file? when i am converting it in DDS and then again in IWI game crashes, any ideas? :(
