[PC] PES2012 language file

everyone knows the "dt05_x.img" is PES2012 language file. there is some files like "unnamed_x.bin" if extract the dt05_x.img, and it's not so difficult to extract. now I want to make a tool to edit the unnamed_x.bin and localization to in my languages. but the problem is I cant analyze the files unnamed_x.bin.
who can help me to analyze it or tell me the file structures (analysis)?
