I'm trying to open this file that should be the text files of the pikmin 1 of the game cube, if someone pf can create a bms or a tool to open it would be grateful,
the file is in .blo

Can you upload more samples?
There should be also some file with english text, can you attach it as well?
And what do you mean by "ROOT"? Was this file packed inside some other archive or in rom itself?
