BIN Files that contains dialogue of new Date A Live VN game by Compile Heart

Hi. I'm trying to localize the new pc port of Date A LIVe VN game Rio Reincarnation made by Compile Heart
By extracting Script.pck I was able to see folder of .bin files that looks like contains text. Are there any available tool to extract the dialogues of characters? A repack plugin too would be a big help
