Gta 3 (Help For Font)

Someone knows how to edit gta 3 font? for add new character or edit coordinates? i need to edit coordinates of font...
i can edit font texture. but my Width characters is smaller then main font...

my translation done... but i cant make a good font
edit texture with hand is not a good idea with my characters
