LiS: Before the Storm localization help

The game runs flawlessly, the only issue is that the game is in Russian. Even though if I go to Game Settings, it says the game language is in English, but, in fact, it is in Russian with weird fonts (not game's native fonts).
I think the problem is with the localization file
\Life is Strange - Before the Storm\Life is Strange - Before the Storm_Data\StreamingAssets\Localization\EN


When I removed the 'EN' File, the game ran in English (from start till disclaimer, but in the main menu there is no text

seems like your game is not normally... (for who guys used english language)
this is not a new thing in pc games
are you sure? steam version or what? do you have subtitle and menu text or nothing?
