I've got Rick's Tools here: http://svn.gib.me/builds/volition/ , but cannot seem to locate the files that contain the texts of the game, could someone help me out here?

Patch.vpp_pc -> *.le_strings

Thanks Evin, but the Steam version doesn't have a Patch.vpp_pc file.
UPDATE: Nvm, found it in interface, personas and misc.vpp_pc files.
