the game Catherine is using the nif file format.
so they are using the gamebryo engine.

Yes, of course. It even shows that on startup. Aside from DDS/NIF they're still using the standard Atlus formats found in earlier games of theirs.

I just failed. Sorry about that. I hope you guys can manage to open the files. I've got the game already so if anyone needs any file in Catherine I'd be willing to share.

Er.. I tried using NifSkope, I can only see the bones. I do see a bunch of files in the list on the bottom though. Textures and some other stuff.
