Search decompression tool for Unreal .xxx formats

Hi, Xentax. I am confuse here but I am searching a tool to decompress the .xxx files from Gears of war 2. I have read some topics but it didn't help it's confusing for me what your guys talk. I read about LZX but how should I program or it's there anyway some Tutorial about LZO.
Pls help...

That's just a model viewer. I want to decompress the full files.
