Fix for Assassin's creed 3 crash at Boston level

When I try to enter the Boston level it will crashes and automatically exit the game...I tried many ways to fix the issue,,,but nothing will worked....so,anyone can help me to fix the issue..and I rather to know is anyone faced this issue????....

If you are playing Assassin's Creed app version, clear the Assassin's Creed app cache's and then check. If this doesn't solve the problem, then reinstall App to see because I had this problem. And my problem is solved, maybe it will work for you

Launch the Uplay client and click on your avatar in the top right corner
Click Account Information and then My Games
Click Show Key next to Assassin's Creed III Deluxe Edition
Launch the game, enter the Extras menu and then type in the key in Redeem Code
Restart the game prepaidgiftbalance
