Was this ever properly supported? So far two programs that claim to can't extract anything from it.
Motive? Converting additive textures to 32-bit
for this video card that can't even support blendFunc, and curious cuttingroomfloor research.
I use Noesis because Blender can't export worth crap.

same here i try lot of tool all extract 0kilo file
