How to open CBS2010 MDL files?

I would like to ask for your help!
I would begin it with it that I speak rather miserably in English,
With a word sorry!
Oh what I would like to ask that CITY BUS SZIMULÁTOR name with a game related!I would like to open it somehow it MDL files that if everything is a true model files!but I would love to convert models 3ds from a file MDL into a file!possibly I would be glad about it very much if somebody knows something in connection with this!

I read this but i could not solve this problem. So can you tell me how to open CBS2010 mdl files.
I have tried lots of time but i could not got the idea about it.
