Figured it out
And when trying to use rawtex from this forum it breaks when dragging into tool

Similar issue when doing it by converting png to dxt1 with texconv tool on Microsoft github and injecting the image completely breaks
And when trying to use rawtex from this forum it breaks when dragging into tool
