Please, if someone can see the files. It can't be open with photoshop cc2017 with intel plugin for dds formats. If someone can take a look. There are just files, which supposed to be in dds formats. When you rename it, still can't be opened:

You won't be able to open them if they don't have dds headers. Try to use "Raw texture cooker".

Try different codecs from the list on the left:
