UTF Headered ACB Sounds Files (Pokeparkwii 2)

Im not sure what the format of these are any one thing they can help?

Use VGMToolbox's advanced file cutter to remove all the data before the "CPK" header. Then use Esperknight's CRI PAK Tools to extract the files.

Add a .dsp file extension and vgmstream can play/convert them :)
