I managed to extract the .usm file using VGMToolbox, and it gave me 1 .m2v file, 10 .adx files and 1 .cut file. (It's the game Ending cutscene)

Now i need to know which file to edit to use the Portuguese subtitle w/ English audio.

I have one last question (hopefully). For Asylum, there are RFMODSOUND files that come out as 0 bytes after being converted through fsbii and fsb_mpeg. To be specific, the music from Max B1 Ch267.

These are 10 audio files. You need to somehow force it to play english. I'm not sure if its possible, because all languages are stereo, and english is encoded in 6 channel.

Anyway, there are only 3 videos with voice: intro, ending & ch10 press.

Maybe you can live without it?

Maybe if you can send me these files, I can check.

Also, I tried other extractors. They worked, but the files were really noisy.

I'm having a problem exporting most voice files to audio files for Arkham Knight.

Using this tool, I'm able to extract something like INT_1.wad in the English(US) into many smaller files. Using Ravioli Game Tools, I can open these small files and get a list of audio clips. For files like Militia_Walla, these audio clips play fine and I can export them to ogg files. However, for most of the audio clips this is not the case. I assume this has something to do with the subtitles being merged with the audio file. Does anyone have a solution to this? I want to be able to export normal dialog sound clips as oggs.

This may be caused by old version of ww2ogg in ravioli tools. If not, describe how you do extraction and name some files that don't work

Ravioli Game Tools v2.8 uses ww2ogg v0.20

Thanks for the help so far. Is there an older version of the converter that's supposed to work? The newest one on http://www.hcs64.com/vgm_ripping.html is version 0.22.

One example of a file that doesn't work is DLG_AR, extracted from INT_1.wad using this tool. I've attached the file I'm talking about. Anything that's suffixed with "DLG_" doesn't seem to work.

Okay, managed to get this to work. Just had the wrong arguments in my bat file. If anyone else had this problem and is curious, here's what it should be for Knight:

Code: Select all

for %%f in (*.wwise) do ww2ogg.exe %%f --pcb packed_codebooks_aoTuV_603.bin
pause
for %%f in (*.ogg) do revorb.exe %%f
pause
Thanks Daemon1 for the help and of course for making the tool. Much love!

because I'm too dumb to use it properly I suspect. I keep trying to adapt it to a BIN file, where there is none.

Go to "SFX" folder, and drag the WAD file onto Batman_bnk.exe. You must get many files, one of them called "music".

Then run city.bat in that folder.
