Ironsight .msh model Noesis script

Hey,guys! Following zaramot's maxscript,I'm writing a Noesis version script.Succeed importing skeleton,uv,face and so on.But Need some help with bone weight.Something seems to go wrong as showed in the picture below.Hoping someone could give a fix :)
