How to force CryEngine(AION) to make model stand in A pose

Hello.
Because all of the tips i can found everywhere, how to get model from aion that not working at all, after few days of research, how to get model from AION i can see ony one solution.
Force the game to make A pose, and make 3Dripper works.

Or maybe someone have tips, how to get model with rig ? It will be better for me.
