how to open these files

Delete everything you have extracted so far, and start from scratch using the following.
The result can also be opened in Noesis and/or Blender.
It supports ENTIRE map assets and their instances with in-game coordinates and vehicles from following games on Chameleon engine variation PC/Console.

Burnout 3 Takedown
Burnout Revenge
Burnout 5 Alpha Build
Burnout Paradise
Burnout Paradise Remastered
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 Remastered (Currently unpack/pack only, for PC/Switch, on Switch you can preview textures in Noesis)
Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012
