fsize - "physical" size of the file, how many bytes are actually present there. You can't rewrite it.
uiPcdLength is the size of the texture data buffer. If it is less than the specified one, the texture of the specified sizes will not fit there. If it larger then the file size, an error occurs (the file has already ended, but the buffer should be larger)
What is the problem?
You found Resource_90928 (2.7 Mb)?

Just look in other drm if the same ressource is there and with a right sizes or took another file to help another export ?
i just don't get it cause most of the textures that i want to get for exemple iconic hulk do not seems to work and i cannot find them in another drm

yep i did get it from there
but i think i know my problem
i don't have the big file ultra tiger
so when i export the drm some are not found or stuff like that so i suppose it's because of this
how do i get those ? they we're not with my game

I assume we still have an issue to overcome. this is for .Locale files.
They extract fine for the base bigfiles (see: https://imgur.com/a/xVMcO27)
however for updates the extract like such (https://imgur.com/a/5UfSegh)
These are both the same file but different versions.
1st is from 1.0
2nd is from update2
