Mafia 2 de models

Hey guys i need help please i could get the full de body for vito from mafia 2 de the thing is i can't smooth or texture the meshes even after converting them to editable mesh it turns black when i apply materials and it's not being effected from light to it can anybody help me? :roll:

Please don't ask such questions in "Tutorials" section.
There is "3D/2D models" subforum for such questions viewforum.php?f=16
