I've included the samples for the MGS Pipo, as far as I'm aware there's no documented scripts for Ape Escape 3's model format and the only other thing I've found for the i3d format is Farming Simulator scripts. I was hoping someone could help out.

It seems that all bone related data is stored in the beginning. I can tell you this: That after materials there are positions and possibly uvs. I can't figure out where the faces are. This is the only point cloud I got:
