Hello;

The textures problem is resolved; but I've got a problem with Fb_NFSPB_mesh.exe i.e., this:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/t13z5v96rjjmn ... e.jpg?dl=0

I'm trying to extract the 2017 Acusa NSX (just fro try), and, the files .ascii and .smd are 0Kb, obv.

Help! (:

Ok, but wich of these .ebx I have to rename :?:

I try to rename "car_acura_nsx_2017_mesh.ebx" with "walrus_humanmale.ebx" and run the Fb_NFSPB_meshCONV.bat; but nothing changed (I have 0Kb .ascii and 0Kb .smd yet).

It clearly states, it works ONLY with SKELETON ebx not just any random ebx, read one more time, SKELETON, ONLY SKELETONS work!!!
It doesn't matter if its the main skeleton from the SWBFII game, if you have the game that is, it doesn't matter if its a skeleton from the actual game NFSP of a character/car/bird/tree or what ever, as long as its a SKELETON renamed to walrus_humanmale.ebx

And after your done converting then importing your mesh in your desired software, just delete the generated skeleton and that's it.

ok, calm down... :| I try with "car_astonmartin_db5_1964_suspensionf_setdgxa_skeleton.ebx", and renamed "walrus_humanmale.ebx"; it seems to work (I haven't got the 0Kb .ascii and 0Kb .smd, now).

Ok, it works!

So, I resolved also a little problem with textures.

thank you for help :!:

No need for me to be calm, when I already am calm, I marked it clearly so others will see it too, don't worry your NOT the only one not seeing it. ;)

Ah ok! :D

(the problem was understand how to see the DX12 textures)

BUT

I don't resolved it completely, indeed. I've got a little problem with UV mapping:

I open the .ascii file of this Lamborghini Diablo; do you think the .smd file is better for the UV mapping?

Lot of them are screwed up, it is what it is.
You'll have to work around it, there are far too many issues everywhere on so many games we use what we have.

Really? [roll] But I'me sure I've open the Diablo files... is the ebx of the skeleton the problem :?: Because I used the "car_astonmartin_db5_1964_suspensionr_setorxa_skeleton.ebx" then renamed to "walrus_humanmale.ebx".

Or is something else?

Hello, after a lot of time, I'm re-trying to extract 3d models from NFS Payback... but this time, I've ripped the VW Golf premium from Deluxe version of Payback (with Ninja Ripper).

No problem with the model (i think), but it is sill with the textures: on .obj files are like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/kumnwxssp2lgi ... e.jpg?dl=0
while with original Ninja Ripper .rip files are like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/1l4kh2d9ows7k ... 2.jpg?dl=0 (like this only with the back of car, because I tried to correct the UV mapping)
and I don't know how to correct this.

I'm trying to correct the wrap of the car right now.

And the UV map coincides with the model.

Help pls :blue:

Yes, any, literally any skeleton will work regardless what its for, character/car/birdy you name it, as long as its renamed accordingly.
