I get this error when I try to open most of the files in Blender. When I get the error, the model is usually okay but the UVs are not right.

So I don't really know what to say, other than are you sure you have the latest version of the importer?
Okey doke, perhaps the error message is unrelated to the UV issue then. Might be clumsiness on my part with the exporting. At least I'm closing in on the problem anyway. I'll do a reinstall and try get them out a few different ways. Thanks. Appreciate the help.volfin wrote:yep, 1.07 is the latest. Also you understand the models are multi-material, so each material section has it's own part of the UV. They aren't all laid out for a single texture. I don't know if converting to FBX handles that right, but it's handled in Blender correctly. Also models can have multiple sets of UVs, but for FCP, they are usually identical.
