Hi guys, i found this game wich is based on UnrealEngine 3 but files are archive to .pak, is there any chance to extract it?

How to unpack .pak archives from this game? Share tool for unpacking please.
UPD:
Well, this .pak archives are MPQ archives, which are unpacked via Ladik's MPQ Editor with no problems. However, it looks like .upk files are encrypted. How to decipher them?
